Design and develop comprehensive training modules, materials, and e-learning content
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for employees at all levels
Utilize various teaching methodologies (e.g., workshops, simulations, role-playing, gamification) to enhance learning retention
Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and participant enrollment
Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs meet business objectives
Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS Moodle) to deploy and track training programs
Explore and implement innovative learning tools (e.g., microlearning, AI-based learning)
Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and results
